Brutus knew that Caesar’s actions were wrongful; he would may not allow himself to take the road that Caesar chose. Brutus knew thathe had to operate for him self and Rome. The people cherished Caesar but since they found out what kind of selfish, cruel and stubborn person Caesar was like, they might have switched against Brutus, too. Brutus did not want Caesar to have everybody overruled and below his control. Brutus stopped Caesar’s plan. Any rational and kind-hearted person would have done a similar if they were in Brutus’ position.
