People have a hard time receiving what they want, actually the things they need can be incompatible with each other. The attempt to reach one of these goals can concurrently hurt the other.

In William Shakespeares Macbeth, the leading part, Macbeth, is lured to murder the king, Duncan, by the wish for power, an appetite whetted by witchs prophecies fantastic wifes reassurance. Everything that were there done to gain the power they desired merely led to higher discomfort, as they found the dead were much more content than they will. Macbeth echoes her thoughts, saying

Better be around the useless, Whom we all, to gain the peace, possess sent to peace, Than within the torture of the mind to lie

In restless ecstasy.

(Act III. Landscape ii. Lines 19-22)

Following the murder, Lady Macbeth is troubled by feelings of guilt, making her rest fitful and uncomfortable. She says

Away, damned location! Out, My answer is! One- two -why then tis a chance to dot. Hell is devious. Fie, my own lord, fie! A enthusiast, and afeard? What want we dread who understands it, the moment none may call our power to accounts? Yet would you have believed the old person to have got so much bloodstream in him? (Act Versus. Scene we. Lines 29-45)

Girl Macbeth is usually suffering from a disease of her own cause. The power brought with it much battling and trouble.

Even though people look for both effectiveness and nice security, the two are incompatible. The power of know-how and the quest for power bring about a fall in comfort, and people without electricity find the most comfort.
