Concerning the feature of manipulation, Iago causes Brabantio to believe that Othello has vigorously married Desdemona. Regarding the attribute of racism, Iago refers to Othello as a black creature. Pertaining to the trait of arrogance, Iago declares that Michael Cassio cannot deliver in challenge. Concerning the characteristic of presumptuousness, Iago feels he justifies the position of Othello’s quick assistant. To illustrate that he is sneaky, Iago talks in a manner that triggers Brabantio to believe that Othello has vigorously married Desdemona. Iago after that declares that Desdemona, Brabantio’s daughter, continues to be stolen (Ibid. 87) simply by Othello. Depending on Iago’s inciting utterances, Brabantio believes that Othello provides forcefully committed Desdemona. Out of this analysis, it can be clear that Iago is definitely manipulative, this individual causes Brabantio to adopt the view outside the window that Othello has forcefully married Desdemona.

Iago is also racist, based on Othello’s black skin tone, Iago identifies Othello as a black dog. To this end, Iago identifies Othello being a black ram memory (Ibid. 88). This terminology implies that Othello is less than a human being owing to his black pores and skin. Consequently, Iago is hurtful because he looks at Othello to get inferior because of skin color. Strangely enough, Iago does not provide particular reasons to provide evidence that Cassio is usually an incompetent soldier. Given this state of affairs, a reader can validly consider that Iago considers himself better than Cassio in terms of preventing ability. Due to the fact Iago has no proof to support his watch, he is pompous.

In addition, Iago is presumptuous, this individual holds that he ought to hold the situation of Othello’s second in command (Ibid. 33-34). This kind of view shows that Iago is of the view outside the window that he possesses certain leadership characteristics that he actually does not have. Iago does not own these command qualities because he was forgotten when Othello was picking the individual to hold the position of second in command. If he held these management qualities, Iago would be designated to this situation.
